Review: The new power cord for my Magellan 3050T GPS,when it arrived was used instead of the new one that I paid for,and when displeasure was expressed on my part, no offer of reimbursement was made from the providing company. It won't be anytime soon, that I use Amazon again unless this issue is made right by reimbursing me the difference between the new and used product! Very dissatisfied!!!!! Jim Lund

Review: The price for the adapter was the best I could find at the time. Purchase was easy to make online. I was properly notified of receipt of the order, and then the delivery. Delivery was prompt, and the item was exactly as described.

Review: Received wrong merchandise. Original order was for Magellan 980827, a 12/24 volt power adapter. Item received was a Belkin 'Y' Audio cable. Not even close !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Review: Facts: I placed the order with expedited shipping on day 1. On Day 2 I called and requested the order be cancelled since I did not receive notification from Amazon that it shipped. At that time, their customer service person informed me it was already shipped, and with expedited delivery, they could not recall it - fair enough I thought. Latter in Day 2 (4 hours latter) I received notification from Amazon that the item had shipped.
On Day 8, with a total shipping distance of 400 miles to cover from the vendor's door to my door, I returned at my expense for refund via US mail. The vendor received it back faster than I got with EXPEDIATED SHIPPING, which was also the reason they claimed they could not stop the order.
In the end, I was refunded $13.00 for an item with a Subtotal purchase price of $17.43 with $16.98 in Shipping Handling to me. Clearly they charged me some form of restocking fee when they received it back.
Choose the company you purchase from wisely; do not focus on the price.

Review: My car adapter for Magellan Roadmate 2000 quit working. It was miserable resorting back to road maps. Amazon to the rescue. The right product at a good price shipped quick. My Navigator is working like a charm again--so good to hear my Magellan girl's voice!
